Katrina Relief Mission Trip
This past spring break we were blessed with the opportunity to send a team of 20 to New Orleans to aid Urban Impact Ministries and the EFCA Crisis Response (a.k.a. TouchGlobal) in their ongoing Hurricane Katrina Relief efforts.
UPDATE
Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our congregation, we raised $4,480 for our trip in our first ever dessert auction!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! We far exceeded our goals and expectations for this fundraiser thanks to your caring and compassionate hearts for our youth and for those whose lives have been affected by Hurricane Katrina.

If you went, and have not yet given your pictures to John, please do so immediately. Pictures, videos, audio, and even testimonies and stories are currently being compiled as a DVD for those who went, and as a way to promote a future trip. Thank you all for serving!
